International delivery typically takes up to 20 business days. In the UK, our delivery takes 5-7 business days. Additionally, delivery within Yerevan is completed in 1 day after order confirmation, while deliveries to other regions of Armenia take 2-4 business days.

Currently, payments on our website are processed through the Cash on Delivery (COD) system. However, we will soon be offering a variety of popular payment methods, including Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Visa, and more. If you are located outside of Armenia, we can accept your order via direct bank transfer.

In the case of international shipping and deliveries within the UK, we will provide you with a tracking number from a courier service such as DHL and others. For deliveries within Yerevan, the details will be discussed over the phone, and for regional deliveries, we will provide you with a tracking number from HayPost. We will be sure to notify you in advance about your delivery and the tracking number!

Our return and exchange policy allows customers in Armenia to return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

For orders placed outside of Armenia, including the UK and the rest of the world, our return policy remains the same. Customers can return items within 14 days under the same conditions.
